		<description>I made these and they were delicious. I was too desperate for a cookie to wait 2 hours so I just plopped tablespoons of the gooey dough on parchment and sprinkled with confectioners sugar. It worked fine but was very messy. Next time I will be more patient. 
These had a really nice flavor and were not too sweet. Everyone loved them from the adults down to the kids. The texture is chewy and satisfying. I see no reason to use butter when you can get such a great result with olive oil.</description>
